Mickey's Magical Mystery Tour of NYC

Be prepared to be dazzled

You won't believe what we have in store for you today! Breathtaking
location, dynamite entertainment, fun team building games,
mouthwatering food and lots of culture. You might even see Mickey
Mouse!

Join us on our tour of New York City! Have lunch at Central Park,
visit Bloomingdales, see a Broadway show, and if you're nice we
might even let you shop at The World of Disney for an hour or 2! To
top it off we will end the night with a fantastic display of
fireworks!

Our first game will last throughout the entire day. You'll receive
two Disney pins and a lanyard. You can keep the pins, as long as you
don't say Disney! If you're caught saying Disney, you must give your
pin to the person who caught you. The WPASADI team with the most
pins at the end of the day will receive a $500 cash prize to split
however the group decides, plus you will get to keep whatever you
have left at the end of the day, so everyone will at least get a
lanyard!

Game number two will show your artistic skill and give you a chance
to be patriotic. After all, it's the Fourth of July! We are going to
hand out a large piece of paper and some paints. Your job is to make
a banner or card in support of our men and women fighting over seas
to protect our freedom. We will judge the banners and the winning
team will get $500 to share.

The third activity we have is a Scavenger Hunt through Central
Park! Furnished by Watson Adventures Scavenger Hunts, this game
will be sure to bring team unity. You don't need any knowledge of
the park to do well in this activity, just a good mind. You will
bond with your team members, learn things about the park, and see
really cool things most people would normally miss. At the end of
the hunt we will return to the picnic area for a drink and a toast.

After that Scavenger Hunt, you must be very hungry! Well, we've got
plenty of goods to satisfy your hungry taste buds! Carnivores and
vegetarians alike can all eat together at our Patriotic Barbeque.
Food provided Smokin' Joes Barbeque will be cooked in front of your
eyes; ranging from all beef (or veggie) burgers, all beef kosher hot
dogs, corn on the cob, and a giant Texas salad bowl! We will also
have our own Wing Ding Fling, in which we order tons of chicken
wings, which are then basted with three sauces (Buffalo Style, Honey
BBQ, or Carolina Hots'). Cool down your mouth with some watermelon
or Iced
Tea.

While enjoying our mouth watering Texas BBQ, why not jam to those
80s hits you loved so much.

Material Girl, 99 Red Balloons, Walk This Way, Jessie's Girl, Jenny
867-5309, Tainted Love, and many, many more! They also take
requests, so just shout out what you want to hear! So
get "Footloose", and put on those leg warmers, because you'll feel
like a kid again!
After lunch it's off to Broadway! We've rented out a trolley just
for us, to take us to a Broadway theatre to see your choice of
either the Lion King or Beauty & the Beast. This is Disney at it's
best, and boy do we have good seats! After the show, it's back on
the trolley to do some shopping at the World of Disney! Ah, but our
day isn't done yet, back to Central Park for the Grand Finale!

The evening will end in a climactic boom! Literally! At our picnic
in Central Park will be our very own fireworks show. The show will
consist of various types of pyrotechnics that will be sure to amaze
you. The show will run roughly 15-20 minutes in length. There
couldn't be a 4th of July picnic without sparklers and roman
candles. What better way to celebrate our nation's independence than
with an outstanding display of illuminations!

Thus our 4th of July picnic is finished. We hope that you had a
great time in New York with us. I know that this WPASADI II picnic
will
make memories that will last a lifetime. As a souvenir of this
fantastic picnic we present to each and every participating DISer
their very own t-shirt to commemorate their experience in NYC.
